Newcastle is part of the City Rail network centred on Sydney. Getting to Newcastle
by train is easy as Stations in Sydney - Central, Strathfield, Epping, and Hornsbay
have train service every hour to Newcastle called the Cityrail. It would take
about three hours to travel in train while in the evening there is a faster
express train called the Newcastle Flyer. On the other hand several Countrylink
trains pass through Broadmeadow station in Newcastle but they are more expensive
than the Cityrails. Fast Countrylink trains connect Newcastle to Sydney, Brisbane
