St. George's Anglican Cathedral is the primary Anglican Church in Perth. It was built in 1888 in the centre of Perth, and it stands tall till today in Perth in the street named after it. This small sized but magnificent cathedral is of the prominent places for sightseeing in Perth.

St. George's Anglican Cathedral in Perth is commonly described as Gothic Revival and was designed by Sydney architect Edmund Blacket. This exquisite building is given shape by handmade clay bricks and Victorian Blue stone pillars on footings from Rottnest Island limestone. The building displays an array of splendid fittings, especially the imported stained glasses, tessellated tiles and a wrought iron chancel screen.

There have been regular extension works going on in the cathedral. The latest construction was that of the Soldier's Memorial Chapel in 1919. The unique castellated bell tower was however damaged in the 1968 earthquake which is undergoing a renovation as present.

St. George's Anglican Cathedral is well known for its daily prayer services, pastoral care and a well stocked bookshop. One of the major of the various Perth tourist attractions, it is also a host to the foremost classical and pastoral concerts in Perth. These activities are facilitated by the musical organs present in the cathedral.

The address of St. George's Anglican Cathedral is:
