The Leichhardt Park Aquatic Center is located at Mary Street in Sydney. The Aquatic Center has been recently upgraded and the new complex includes a fifty meter heated outdoor pool, diving pool, wading pool and a 25-meter indoor pool.
The Leichhardt Park Aquatic Center also has a gym, swim shop and cafe. Families coming for a visit can even enjoy a picnic in the surrounding garden area, which offers great views of the Upper Harbor.
The Aquatic Center opens from 5.30 in the morning to 8 in the evening. Leichhardt Park Aquatic Center remains closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday. The swimming pool mostly remains open for public in the summers.
The recent improvement of the Aquatic Center in terms of infrastructure, latest equipments, new pools etc., has made it a good place for the local public and tourists especially children.
