Saturday nights are essentially jazz nights and the wine list, to match a casual, bistro style menu, is maturing as we speak.

Both service and presentation of the establishment is slick in tune with the chic crowd that frequents the place. Wine Banc Restaurant Sydney belongs to the new breed of mid-city, way cool restaurants/bars that are taking advantage of the new liquor laws, which allows the patrons to enjoy the bar without having to order food.

Following the rulings in the late 1990s, which allowed gambling in drinking establishments, thus stripping many pubs of their traditional identity; however, Wine Banc in Sydney has managed mixture of everything, offering bar, live music and a great outdoor drinking and eating area.

Of all that is on offer at Wine Banc Sydney, Contemporary cuisine served in the restaurant is the prime attraction. That apart, there is a cocktail bar, cigar lounge, a function room called Private Banc and regular live jazz and funk bands.
