was recently refurbished and renamed the 'Phnom Penh Cultural Center'.

An independently run Khmer art association, the Sovanna Phum Theatre and Art
Gallery aims to preserve the local treasures of the Khmer Culture including

Theatre has developed into a network of 120 professional artists from all across
the country.
