Guangdong Provincial Museum in Guangzhou

Guangdong Provincial Museum in Guangzhou is located on the original site of Zhongshan University on Wenming Road on the corner with Yuexiu Road. It covers an area of 29,000 square meters. The construction of the museum started in 1957 and it was opened to the public in 1959. Lu Xun's Memorial Hall is also under its administration.
Features of Guangdong Provincial Museum in Guangzhou

- There are two separate buildings at Guangdong Provincial Museum.
- The building which housed in the original Zhongshan University is now the Lu Xun Memorial Hall.
