Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain located in the northern outskirts of the city is the closing range of Dayu Mountains in the south. The Mountain was called Baiyun (white cloud) because of the forming of a white cloud over its range. Its highest peak is Moxing Peak, 380 meters above sea level. The mountain home to verdant greens offers breathtaking views of the Bird Paradise#the largest in China. The Park atop the mountain houses the Baiyun Wanwang Pavilion.
