Originating from Yangjiawu at Yangmeiling Mountain, streamlets from different places are integrated into creeks. These creeks flow into Qianting River through Xucun and create the Pavilion of Creeks of Creeks, Jiuhong Pavilion and Forest Ocean Pavilion. The Eighteen Gullies are born in Longjing Village and meander around forested mountains. Along the way several brooks get intgrated into gullies.

Thus you get the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies, a fascinating natural scene of mountains and trees, creeks and running water that’s gonna keep you spell-bound for hours…
