The population all over the world has grown over ten years following the footsteps of the geometrical progression. Shenzhen resides with in the periphery of SEZ or Special Economic Zone. Officially the population of the region is nine million. In the urban region the population of Shenzhen crossed 17 million. China is the most populated country in the world even after the government of People’s Republic of China undertook stringent measures to of “One Child Policy”.

This policy is a paradox both within People’s Republic of China and in the international society. The global community was put their arms against this inhumane policy. There have been protests and demonstrations. The economic developments of the region have invited huge population migration from the rural areas of China. 70% of the population of this region consists of “hukou” people who are also known as huji. These individuals are generally of Chinese origin. Due to the influx of the mixed races the natives were in secured about their rights and obligations.

The common language that is usually used for communication is “Mandarin”. This is the official language of the People’s Republic of China. The restrictions that were previously imposed on the issues of travels and tours are being relaxed to a large extent now. Immigration in the grass root regions of Shenzhen has been frozen to retain the tradition and culture of the indigenous people.
