Litchi Park
China - Xian - Beijing - Guangzhou - Chengdu - Dalian - Shenzhen - Shanghai - Hangzhou
Along with the beauty of China’s art of gardening, and potted landscape, here you can appreciate the magical charms of nature. If you want to escape the traffic, this is one place where you ought to be. Lanterns are lit during the New Year when the place looks especially attractive. When viewed from the Litchi Pavilion, the visitors’ eyes are encountered by strings of dark red litchi in bunches of dark green leaves.
Scenic spots here include the ‘Areca in Sunset’, ‘Fragrant Snow in Litchi Park’, ‘Tranquil Bamboo Forest’, ‘One Wood Forest’, ‘Long View on Crane Pavilion’, ‘Rock Shadow under the Moon’ and the ‘Friendship Garden between China and Japan’. Treasured by the upper reaches of the government and supported by its subsidiary units, the Litchi Park was founded in 1989, and has contributed to the growth of the litchi industry in China.
