The Blue Elephant is obviously the place to be if you are looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine in the very heart of Paris. Located at the Rue de la Roquette, the Blue Elephant, Paris, is a delightful alternative to its namesake at London. The restaurant's central location near the Opera in the fashionable Bastille area makes it delightfully easy to search for the discerning foreign tourist. The Blue Elephant has an amazing line up of 17 Thai chefs, who can cook up every known local culinary variety. Although prices are slightly on the higher side, it is really a small price to pay, considering the delicious and above all, authentic taste of the food offered here. In fact, to put it very frankly, just about everything on the menu looks good.

The Blue Elephant, Paris offers both fixed as well as selective choice of menu. Corporate groups enjoy the great set meals consisting of, among others, chicken satay, spring rolls and special fried rice with crabmeat. However, if you wish to order on your own, the som tam starter, lamb in massaman curry and a fruit based dessert, are definitely recommended.
