Dusseldorf is one of the premier cities of Germany, and is located near the Rhine river basin, at the confluence of the Düssel and Rhine rivers. The city is actually located on the eastern part of the Rhine river. The city of Dusseldorf is most famous as a strong base for Germany’s fashion and advertising industry.
