Stuttgart is the capital of Baden-Württemberg and is located in the Southern part of Germany. The city is centrally located and is very densely populated. It lies close to both the Swabian Jura and the Black Forest. The city center is very beautiful set amidst forests, vineyards, lush valleys and the River Neckar. The region of Stuttgart, Germany is further enlarged by the neighboring cities of Göppingen, Böblingen, Ludwigsburg, Esslingen and Waiblingen. There are no ends to the charms of Stuttgart, Germany and one should make it a point to visit it.

Like the other places in Germany, Stuttgart is also served by the S- Bahn that is a regional rapid transport system. These run on the Deutsche Bahn AG rails. There is also a rail system which has been replaced the tramlines in the city.

The special feature of Stuttgart, Germany is the Zahnradbahn, a rack railway that operates from Marienplatz to Degerloch. This is the only urban rack railway in Germany. There is also the cable car system that operates in the Heslach district to Waldfriedhof. Transport is abundant and so moving in and around the city is no problem at all.

Stuttgart, Germany is popular because of the cultural life specifically the Staatstheater and Staatsgalerie. These contain the opera houses where one can see the concerts, the opera, concerts and the theatres and feel the essences of the place. The famous Stuttgart Ballet is another attraction that one should not miss.
