Shopping is a major activity that you can embark upon when on a holiday to Germany. The presence of a large number of shopping malls and store makes shopping in Germany a favorite amongst the tourists.

When going for shopping in Germany, one must remember that all shops open at 6:00 in the morning till 8:00 in the evening. On Sunday, all the shops remain closed with a few exceptions. In the rural areas, the shops close for two hours during the lunchtime. All shops accept payment by credit cards. If you are paying by cash, then it is better pay by Euro.
