The Hong Kong Cultural Center, Hong Kong is located on the Salisbury Road in the Tsim Sha Tsui area of Hong Kong. The location was earlier called the Kowloon Station of the Kowloon-Canton Railway. The former Urban Council established this Cultural Center. However since 2000, the Hong Kong Cultural Center came under the observation of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of Hong Kong Government.
