Aberdeen Country Park, Hong Kong was established in the year 1931. However, it was officially opened in 1977. The Aberdeen Country Park, Hong Kong also claims to be the oldest country park in Hong Kong city. Aberdeen Country Park occupies around 410 acres of land including the Aberdeen Upper Reservoir, Lower Reservoir and some valleys such as Tin Wan Shan, Mount Cameron and so on. Aberdeen Upper Reservoir and Aberdeen Lower Reservoir are two lakes that surround the country park. These lakes, which were built in year 1931, border deep forestry around them. The park has two tracks namely, the Pok Fu Lam Country Park and Wanchai. The park is a perfect place for relaxing. The fresh air of the area and the natural landscapes make you feel relaxed and you get a good break from the otherwise busy lifestyle of Hong Kong.
