The Jade Garden Restaurant offers stunning views of the harbor area and serves excellent Cantonese dishes. The menu includes different dim sums, delectable dishes like drunken shrimp boiled in Chinese rice wine, stir-fried minced pigeon with lettuce leaves, deep-fried boneless chicken with lemon sauce, pan-fried stuffed bean curd, barbecued Peking duck and glazed pork loin. Sauteed sliced beef, deep-fried sesame balls and pomfret fillet are some other remarkable mouth-watering dishes served in this restaurant. Few dishes have been awarded in the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic. You can also try out the steaks, egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken wings in this place.
