The menu includes different dim sums, delectable dishes like drunken shrimp boiled in Chinese rice wine, stir-fried minced pigeon with lettuce leaves, deep-fried boneless chicken with lemon sauce, pan-fried stuffed bean curd, barbecued Peking duck and glazed pork loin.
