Hong Kong is a dynamic region containing more than six million people spread out
over a 400-mile area. Like any major travel destination, Hong Kong boasts outstanding
cuisine, a hopping nightlife, unique cultural attractions, plus duty-free shopping.
The city of Hong Kong features many restaurants serving international cuisine
including continental, English and western. The French Restaurants in Hong Kong
offers a wide array of mouthwatering dishes and sumptuous spread along with
world class drinks and cocktails.
Hong Kong provides traditional cuisine which distinguishes itself in its use
of fresh seasonal elements and delicate flavour. The food is not only mouth-watering
it is served with lot of love and care. In addition, the city offers a number
of different styles of cuisine uniquely and exotically its own.
Cafe des Artistes: it is a great place to be, the open-fronted windows
providing ample exposure to the Lan Kwai Fong rabble on the weekends. Beautifully
kept, clean and efficient, the open windows are a little disconcerting as everyone
can look in with jealousy, as you tuck into particularly fine fodder. The cuisine
is superb. Remember though that after every good meal you get the hefty bill,
so expect to pay big bucks for the dining experience.
Spoon by Alain Ducasse: Chef and Restaurateur Alain Ducasse opened the
easternmost outpost of his mix-and-match Spoon restaurant in the Inter Continental
hotel in Kowloon. The concept of this place is unique. The menu is divided into
three columns, allowing guests to mix and match their own main course, sauce
and accompaniments. You can also lounge around under a ceiling of 550 hand-blown
Venetian glass spoons admiring the beautiful Hong Kong harbour.
