The main dishes served in Spring Moon, Hong Kong include appetizers like sliced pomfret in dark vinegar, barbecued pork belly with mustard sauce, roast chicken livers with jelly fish and the like; barbecued items include roast duck, pig, pork, chicken and goose; shark's fins, abalone, and seafood dishes; soups like sweetcorn soup with crab meat, double-boiled sea conch with birch seeds and red dates, double-boiled fish maw with black mushrooms and the like; rice and noodles with chicken, pork, beef and vegetables items.
