Gaya, Bihar is situated in the south of Patna city at a distance of 100 kms. According to a legend, it is told that a demon named Gaya was blessed by Vishnu & the place was named after him. This ancient town situated at the bank of river Phalgu, has an enormous importance to the Hindus & the Buddhists.
