- Divisional Railway Hospital Mughalsarai:
It is a160-bed hospital. The hospital has 3 local health units and two satellite health units.
- Traffic HU:
It isabout 1 Km away from the Main hospital. It is the Oldest HU.
- Manas-Nagar HU:
It is About 2 Km away from the Main hospital. It covers Manas-Nagar, Gaya colony,up-yard colony and civil area adjoining it.
- Plant Depot HU:
It is about 3 Km away from Main hospital. It covers Plant depot workshop and Plant depot colony, diesel-shed Northern Railway.
- First Aid Post:
Inside the Plant depot workshop it is located & maintained by the PD/HU.
- Dehri-on-Sone :
It is 120 km away from Mughalsarai. It contains ARME scale II.
- Gaya Hospital:
It is a sub-divisional hospital, having a facility of 57 beds. Gaya is an important tourist spot for Pitripach mela. The medical department takes an active role in the Pitripach mela when there is a huge gathering of people.
- Shakyamuni Buddha Community Health Care Centre:
It was established in 1991, when Lama Zopa Rinpoche& a group of westerners found an old man lying in the road covered in flies and was about to die. They took him back to Root Institute and nurtured him until he died peacefully after six months. Gradually this center started to expand its helping hand to serve the sick & needy people living in the rural Bodhgaya region.
