Cochin is a popular tourist destination in Kerala and visitors from far and wide come to this place. There are three Cochin tourist information centers run by the government.
The government of India Tourist Office is located at the Willington Island (near Malabar Hotel). The Kerala Tourism Development Cooperation has information centers on the Shanmugham Road in Ernakulam City. The Tourism Department has information center at Cochi Airport and Tourist Desk information counter is located at Main Boat Jetty (near Subash Bose Park), Ernakulam.
One can also find tourist police for the welfare of the tourists at Fort Cochin, Cochin Airport, Ernakulam Junction Railway Station, KTDC office and Mattancherry.
