The state even though the smallest in India in terms of population and area is famous for its sunny beaches and the blue green waters of the Arabian sea. Goa lies in the Konkan coast in the western coastline of India facing the Arabian sea. Goa is bounded by Maharashtra and Karnataka on the northern and the eastern sides respectively and to the west lies the vast and the picturesque expanses of the blue waters of the Arabian sea. The capital of the state is Panjim and the largest city is Vasco-Da-Gama. Margao is a historic city of Goa that is popular with the most western Portuguese culture. Goa has a rich and diverse historic heritage and was a major seat of the Portuguese who landed here in the 15 century. However many tourists domestic and international both don’t know when to go to Goa and spoil their holiday by landing in the wrong time of the year.

Also this the ideal time when one can see the picture perfect blue skies with white strewn here and there over the vast expanses of the Arabian Sea and the endless rolling grasslands and hills of Goa.
