Handloom Expo Kolkata

Handloom Expo, Kolkata has been held every alternate year in the city ever since its initiation long back in the year 1982. The total duration of the event is 21 days. The Expo acts as a major forum for the local handicraftsmen to showcase their wares to a large population of city locals as well as the tourists, who love to shop anything from bed sheets to clothes at the most reasonable prices. If nothing else, this fair gives them a chance to get well versed with a vast range of handloom products.

With each passing year, the Handloom expo hosted in Kolkata, India, has attracted more and more people to come to the fair. The State Government with the support of Central govt. sponsors the Expo, which has continuously stirred very good response from public and participants.
