These include the Girgaum Chowpatti, Dadar Chowpatti, the Juhu Beach, Versova Beach, Madh Island, Madh Island, Aksa Beach, Manori Beach, Marve Beach, and the Gorai Beach. However at present only a few of them are renowned and famous for tourism. The beaches prove to be a get away from the Hustle and bustle of the busy and fast paced life of Mumbai. One can see the old ferries and the fisher mans boats drifting away in the far horizons of the Arabian Sea from the beaches. They are best way to experience solitude or the best hang outs with pals. Watching sunrise or sunset or just looking at the meeting point of the sky and blue waters of the sea can really be a completing experience for any tourist.
