solely on audience choice and not the jury members. The films that are shown at
this festival are chosen by a panel of judges. The panel includes renowned scriptwriters
Savio Dsilva and noted film director Amit Mankani.Best film bags a reward of Rs.

Your DVD must have a title that indicates the title of the film, running time of the film .The label should also state that the film is only for cultural purposes and has no commercial value. Films that are screened before publicly are not eligible for competition. Such films will come into non-competitive category.Only films are nominated at this festival. There are no nominations for Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Actor, and Best Cinematography etc. Jury and audience will select these categories amongst the films that are screened during the festival. In this festival director or films are not discriminated based on religion, caste, or creed.You don’t have to spend millions of dollars to promte your film at Pumelo as you do at Cannes or Berlin Film Festival. At Pumelo festival, you have to spend less than 1000 dollars.Pumelo film festival is one of the biggest and top international film festival that is organized in India.
