The Hatten Wines in Bali is owned by I.B. Rai Budarsa, and uses the special knowledge and skills of Vincent Desplat, a French National, who has specialized in Viticulture and Oenology. Set up in 1994, the Hatten Wines in Bali occupies some 15 hectares of lush green vineyards, and came to be after a series of trials and errors. An experimentation of how to produce vineyards and grapes in a tropical setting, the Hatten Wines in Bali now has grapes all year round. The premier winery in Bali, the Hatten Wines in Bali has a produce of more than 3,00,000 liters of wine per year, which cover a range of 7 different varieties of wine.
The produce from the Hatten Wines in Bali goes to fill the cellars of the biggest hotels and restaurants in the island, and are absolutely fantastic to taste.
