Kuta is 10 minutes away from the airport and most hotels in Kuta, Indonesia offer free airport pickup. You can hire taxis at the airport to visit to Kuta and it is best to hire a taxi at the official taxi counter. The buses and bemos, coming from the west, run to Praya from Bertais terminal. From Praya, bemos run to Sengkol, where you can change, or right through to Kuta (1hr). From the east of Lombok, bemos run to Praya through Kopang on the main cross-island road. Perama runs tourist shuttles to Kuta from all destinations on Bali and Lombok.
