Shark Point to the east of Gili Trawangan and Shark Point plateau in Senggigi are the two popular diving spots in Lombok. Regarding diving, it’s suggested to dive below 15m for safety reasons. While diving one should make sure that they dive in the middle and in case of not so strong currents, one can go diving by zigzagging to and fro. In case of fiercer currents the diving arena narrows while the side currents tend to push the divers to the middle of the sheer wall.
