The Bahai Shrine and Persian Garden is kept open from Sunday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm and on Saturday from 09:00am to 12:00. You can avail of a taxi or a hired car to reach the place, otherwise Buses No. 22, 23,25 and 26 can drop you there.
The Persian Gardens consist of 19 terraces with some wonderful fountains and flowers, marble benches and pathways made of red rubble. In the10th terrace lays the beautiful Shrine of the Bab. Bab was one of the two founders of the Bahai faith. The administrative buildings bear architectural magnificence, resembling the antique edifices of Greece but having a harmonic modern taste ‘n touch. These administrative buildings are on the "arch" just by the Shrine of Bab.
