Fukuoka Art Museum

The exhibition galleries of Art Museum of Fukuoka are categories as, Art gallery for 20th century both of Japan and other countries, a gallery for minor art works like prints and drawings and third for the Japanese style paintings and crafts gallery. Besides of these three main galleries of Fukuoka Art Museum there are other galleries too, named Matsunaga Collection gallery and the Buddhist gallery that represents the Buddhist Art from the Tokoin Temple having sculptures from the Fujiwara period. The list continues with the Pre-modern Art Gallery displaying small temporary exhibitions and all these galleries are located in the zone of pre-modern art forms.

The museum provides car-parking area to accommodate at least 20 cars and for others there are pay parking areas around the museum.
