Dotonburi-kukuru in Fukuoka is a takoyaki Restaurant. Takoyaki(literally
fried or baked octopus) is a popular Japanese dumpling made of batter, diced
octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, konnyaku, and green onion,
topped with okonomiyaki sauce, green laver (aonori), mayonnaise, and katsuobushi
(fish shavings), originated in Osaka.
Dotonburi-kukuru Restaurant of Fukuoka is popular among the locals as well
as travelers because of its unique way of cooking Japanese cuisines. The food
here is specially cooked. The alkaline water used in cooking give a totally
different taste to the dishes. Some amount of wine is also sprinkled on to finish
