The Hiroshima Tourist Information Center renders a valuable service by providing all travel related information to the tourists. The center distributes travel literatures to furnish the tourists with information on Japan. Suggestions and itineraries for planning a tour are also supplied by the Information Center. The centre however, does not deal with services like reservations or guided tours, though information on these matters is readily available here. The Centre in Hiroshima is one of the many Tourist Information Centers or TIC run by the Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO). Seeking to promote tourism in the country, the JNTO assists the tourists with information centers all across the country. Its branch in Hiroshima too is devoted to providing all relevant information to the tourists, and has been serving as a faithful guide to every enthusiastic traveler in the city.
