Food: Not available Those who have been in Hiroshima before May of 1999 refer to this as the "New Mac Bar". The previous version was demolished. It was infamous as a seedy dive bar in a condemned building, and always drew the late night crowd. The new location provides with ample space, the same enormous CD collection, a new toilet, and a larger open area that serves well as a dance floor. The large CD collection is sure to satisfy everyone's tastes. Serious beer connoisseurs should sample the Dynamic brand. This may be the only place in town that serves this unique Japanese brand. How to reach Mac Bar, Hiroshima Look for Tenmaya, walk south along Chou Dori (the only street without streetcar tracks) to the backside of Tenmaya. Make your first left and you'll pass a McDonald's on your right. Take the next right and as you follow this street you'll pass an open area/park 2 blocks down. Keep going past this small park. (You'll do a short zigzag to your left at the end of the park to keep going straight) After the zigzag you'll see 2 large parking towers on opposite sides of the street. On the left, next to one of the parking garages, you'll find a metal outdoor stairway leading up to the 2nd floor. A metal sign over the stairway says "Mac". Follow these stairs right into the bar.
