A perfect heaven for winter sports is Japan. Being the first Asian country to host the Winter Olympics in 1972 and later on the host country for the First and Second Winter Asian Games and lastly the 1998 Winter Olympics, Japan has gained a place of immense importance in the world of winter sports. The place known as the birthplace of skiing in Japan has lodges with a homely atmosphere.
