Jogging in Tokyo

Jogging is perhaps the best form of exercise as it doesn't cost much except a pair of good running shoes which you can get anywhere in the world. The run besides the Tama River is also not far behind as it has wide bike paths on both sides making it ideal for biking as well as for jogging in Tokyo. The place can be reached by ease as it is well connected by a number of train stations. The stations are provided with lockers and hence it makes it extremely convenient for the joggers.

Besides these there are a numerous locations in and around the capital city of Japan Tokyo where you can really unwind. Many such locations are accompanied by beautiful places where you can stop over for a short time before resuming your running.
