The O Art Museum is operated by Juridical Foundation, Shinagawa Cultural Promotion Association. The O Art Museum has a total of 4 art galleries where the exhibitions are held. One can book these galleries for a certain rent. . The museum has been holding exhibitions since 1987. Some of the major exhibitions that were organized over here include 'Catching the Light', 'Human Figure', 'Art in Japanesque' and others.
