In the interiors of Miss Saigon there pervades great calmness which is ideal for the enjoyment of the meals. Miss Saigon opens daily from noon to 3 pm and from 5 pm in the evening to 10 pm. Miss Saigon spoils the diners by giving them a wide range of choices. For less adventurous ones there are spring rolls, roasted chicken and rice etc, for those who believe in experimenting there are Vietnamese shabu shabu, or lamp strips and vegetables. The Vietnamese cuisine displays three distinct styles. The cuisines of Northern Vietnam, due to its Chinese influence and also for the fact that it is a poor region, are bland and require lot of soya sauce. The preparations of these cuisines require a simpler process. South Vietnam, being far more affluent and enjoying abundance of vegetables and seafood, displays greater variety in cuisines. A distinct French influence in the cuisines is unmistakably there. The central Vietnamese cuisines are regarded as much more attractive than the other two regions. The preparations are much more spicy and colorful. Miss Saigon seeks to bring together the best of Vietnamese cuisines from different regions under its attractive roof.
