Yang Yuan Thai is a Chinese restaurant present in the city of Tokyo. It is a part of the Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo. The atmosphere if very formal in Yang Yuan Thai and the restaurant is situated by the private water garden Yang Yuan Zhai. It provides place for approximately 107 people. The hotel also has another restaurant, which offers Italian cuisine called IL Teatro. Apart from this Four Seasons Hotel offers spa, fitness center, poolside etc. Yang Yuan Thai offers Chinese cuisine. Chinese cuisine goes back a long way and has a long history and tradition. It is one of the most popular cuisines of the world. Chinese cuisine has many divisions or sections. For example Beijing or Mandarin cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Szechwan cuisine etc are all part of part of the broader segment of Chinese cuisine. Although there are minor differences between the Chinese cuisines of North China and South China, yet on the whole it is of one unified code. Chopsticks are mainly used as primary eating utensils however the exception is made for soups wherein a flat-bottomed wide spoon is used. The normal practice is that the bowl of rice is served individually, however the side dishes are served in communal plates and are supposed to be shared by everyone at the dinner table. Another important aspect of traditional Chinese cuisine is that cold beverages are not supposed to be served along with meals, as it is bad for the digestion purpose. Hence traditionally only hot tea or hot water is supposed to be served along with meals. The décor of Yang Yuan Thai is entirely Chinese and the ambience of the restaurant is very formal. There are eleven chefs who have the responsibility to cook all the dishes that are served in the restaurant. Apart from the restaurant, there are three private dinning rooms as well. These are used by high profile clients as Yang Yuan Thai receives high profile dignitaries from all over the world. The other activities that the tourists or the other visitors of the city of Tokyo can do after dining in this fabulous restaurant are shopping, visiting bookstores, watching movies etc. There are numerous shopping malls and centers, which have popular clothing stores, bookstalls, movie theaters etc. Apart from these there are stores for buying electronic goods as well.
