Apart from traditional Japanese food, Tokyo has menus to tingle every palate. Contemporary restaurants serving French, Italian, Asian or American food are sprinkled across the city.

Hama Ginza is a popular contemporary food joint of Tokyo. Located quite near the Ginza station, the place is easy to access and has therefore become a favorite destination of the city. Hama has an accommodation of forty people, with two private dining zones. The cozy interiors, with wooden furnishings give the place a personal feel. Hama Ginza specializes in contemporary food, especially steaks and Barbecues. It is quite famous for its Season Menu. With a spread of appetizers, clams, vegetable sauté, steaks, a variety of fried rice, and desserts to follow, it is a popular buffet to tuck in. The special a la carte dishes with fresh abalone are also a good choice for a diner at Hama. The restaurant even brews its own wine.

The specialty about Hama is that the restaurant remains open quite late into the night. One can always expect to get a good serving even if he turns in late after midnight. the timings are from 5pm to 2am from Monday till Friday. For the Saturdays however, the shop closes down at 11. Visa, Jcb, Mastercard, Amex, and Diners cards are accepted here, and no take away facilities are provided.
