The closest station is the Hibiya and the restaurant is open almost all the days from 7 am to 10 am, again from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, then from 5.30 pm till 10pm in the night. The menu card is printed in Japanese, French and English. It is recommended to make a reservation before visiting and in the dining room, smoking is not allowed. About the Restaurant
The interior of this restaurant had been decorated by designers from France and the atmosphere is made homely. The dining room is decorated mainly in creams and browns and the chairs are high-backed. Banquettes are also available in Les Saisons. The restaurant is not stuffy at all and the food available is seasonally based and is a classic French cuisine. The ornamented dishes are served in an elegant style and the lunch menus begin from 5500 Yen. The head chef of this restaurant is Toshiaki Uchida and all the meals are prepared under his supervision. The feature characteristics of the food here is that a very small amount of butter and cream are used in the recipes, in stead the chef uses more of olive oil and healthy ingredients. The staffs are considered to be very hospitable and none of the visitor will go unnoticed in Les Saisons. Some of the specialties of this restaurant are shrimps that are deeply fried and served with thyme. It is very soft to eat and is often accompanied by pumpkin bisque that is served in a gourd and topped with cream, orange powder and cinnamon. Other delicious food of this restaurant is roasted duck, sea scallop served in a shallow bowl and to end it all on a tasty note were the desserts including warm chocolate cake with ice cream and ginger crème brulee. At the cost of 7200 Yen, a roasted salmon that is kitchen smoked and creamed potato is available that can be cherished to the fullest.
