The surrounding natural rocks were brought from Al-Fujairah Emirates. The sides of the Green Island of Kuwait were fortified with concrete, even the sands that you find at the beaches of the Green Island were imported from other countries. You will not believe that you are in a desert country when you are in Green Island, since this place has a riot of colors with the 50,000 colored shrubs and seedlings planted here.

If you go to visit the Green Island in Kuwait, then it is better to go on weekends or on any religious or national holidays. Maximum tourists flock there at this time and of course the crowd becomes larger during summer. At the eastern side of the Green Island in Kuwait you will find a swimming pool with constant fresh water flow in accordance with the tide and ebb. The depth of the swimming pool is about 2.5 to 3 meters. You get delicious food in the restaurants on the island. There is also a service center in the island.
There is no dearth of entertainment in the Green Island at Kuwait. Here you will find an amphitheater where approximately 700 people can seat. Here concerts and theater shows happen quite frequently. The best feature of the island is however, the tourist tower present here. This tower is 35 meters in height and has a water tank on the top of it. You will get a brilliant birds-eye view of the whole island from the top of the tower. In the Kid's Castle of the tower you will find many rooms, corridors, channels, waterfalls and spiral stairway.
