The Tanjung Rhu Beach is located on the northern most part of Langkawi.

Tough it is a place you would love be all the year round, the summers rare the best time to visit. It is better to avoid the rainy season when the sea waters remains turbulent.

Enjoy a lovely walk along the long calm beach of Pulau Pasir and Pualu Gasing. As you walk along the beaches feel the soft sand below your feet and feel the bubbling waters striking you. While walking see if you manage to catch a glimpse of the eagles that fly high in search of a meal.

Out of the several islands you can find some nice corals. The place is an excellent spot for snorkeling. Though the visibility of the waters is some what hampered because of the mangrove forests lying close by, you can have a great time seeing the vibrant corals.
