Bars & Pubs in Langkawi

Langkawi is the place to make fun and freak out. Though the nightlife of the island is not that happening but the place is infested with a plethora of bars and pubs of first rated bars and pubs. To our surprise the island around twelve bars, five cocktail bars , two theme bars, two pubs and three fantastic beer gardens.

The MusicRoom Discotheque and the Pub are the two wonderful pubs of the island. The former is a matchless amalgamation of a nightspot and a beach resort. The karaoke lovers would love to spend sometime here as the disc has fun boxes created for them. The preeminent part of it is that the décor of the pub keeps on changing every month consequently with the new theme. The customers are suggested to make a ring to the officials and dress accordingly, or you may look completely out of place. Drinks and light snacks are available here. On the Other hand The Pub is a bit sophisticated with chic design and the milky white sofas. This is an apt place to chill out after a grueling day. Live band perform here and special requests made by the visitors are gladly accepted.

Among the five cocktail bars of the island the Marine Bar and Lounge is perhaps the best to hang out. A part of the Rebak Marina Resort , the bar has an exotic fare of cocktails along with light munchies. The verdant location of this bar amongst the tropical backdrop and balmy breeze makes it a hot favourite with the visitors.

The Reggae Bar and The Sunken Pool bar are devoid of music. But these are the places where one can savor the nature's bounty, i.e. the magnificent sunsets with a glass of drink in hand. The tropical cocktails at the Sunken Pool Bar, prepared with the fresh native fruits are really scrumptious.

The unique Urwald Café is worth mentioning, as the place is as unique as its name is. Popped away in the woods the place provides for excellent music and cuisines especially the Asia delicacies. Its not yet a regular haunt but as the season picks up its pace it will be one of the hottest pubs of the island.
