Location : Located in the picturesque lap of Mutiara Burau Bay Beach Resort, the Sea Shell Café is considered to be one of the biggest attractions of Langkawi island. This restaurant is perhaps the best asset of the resort. Edged by the wonderful Burau Bay and nestled in the lap of exotic nature, the Sea shell Cafe on the beachfront is very much preferred by the tourists. The Sea Shell Cafe: The Cafe itself is endowed with a group of extremely pally and efficient staff who are always at hand to provide you with the best of services available with them. There is an extensive dancefloor where tourists often jig away with the live music that is churned out by bands at the disc’s podium. The two very virtuous local bands Martini and Sea Urchins perform here alternatively and entertain the guests of the resort. Food Served here: The Sea Shell café serves exotic cocktails and a wide range of lip smacking snacks to the guests. What to do at the Cafe: The Café has an excellent decor and a lovely dance floor. The comfy sitting arrangements at the beach front are preferred by the visitors. At night when strains of melody fills the café the dance floor gets crowded with merry faces. Those who want to move away from the crowd and spend a few little cozy moments they may go out strolling on some of the heavenly , remote, graphic stretches of white sand beaches tassled with tall palms and untouched woods. Nightlife is not that thundering. One has to confine himself within the resort premises and listen to the music played by the local bands at the café. Eating out in the multi - cuisine restaurants of the resort is pleasurable and the very inexpensive Chinese, Malay, Indian and Thai delicacies are very delectable. If you are stuffed with an overdose of music in the Cafe , there is always the option for going shopping with your near and dear ones. Mutiara Burau Bay Beach cannot offer you a plethora of items to choose from but the locally made batiks, pewter and jewellery can be taken back as souvenirs.
