The pavilion restaurant specializes in Nyonya fare and the highlight of the menu is the "Nyonya Platter". Nine exotic dishes are served on a plantain leaf. the dishes include barbecued chicken in coconut , beef and peanuts, lamb rendang, prawn and mango curry, sambal fish, brinjals seasoned with basil, mango kerabu, long bean sambal and flavored herb rice. This entire meal comes meagerly priced at about 46 Ringitt. The seafood at the Pavilion Restaurant is also well favored by the guests. An entire seafood platter, priced at 66 Ringitt will fetch you dishes such as lobster tails in wasabi butter, prawns spiked with garlic, baked nyonya fish and calamari deep fried and served with guava salad. An assortment of homemade ice creams in flavors such as coconut and mango give your meal a sweet ending. The ambience and the structure of the restaurant are probably its most striking feature. Built in a semi circular pavilion with an excellent view of the rice fields, the diners are served on one half while the drinks and beverages are served on the other. The romance of a candle lit dinner amidst such wilderness is indeed an experience to cherish. Do also remember to sample the coffee and liqueur in their plush lounge.
