Giraffe Bar Manila is located alongside of main entrance of Makati Shangri-La
hotel. This popular bar is a favorite hangout place in Makati district for nightlife
lovers. Like Hard Rock Café of Makati, this bar is also well popular both
between the locals as well as foreigners.
Nicely bejeweled interior in a modern steel-chromo combination theme, this
bar usually gets busy only after midnight. Giraffe bar primarily attracts youths
and are often called as "Gay-raf" in certain areas. The bar also acts
as a magnet for Manila gay crowd as these people also thronged this place in
large numbers. However they have a separate section on the left side of the
bar.
This trendy circular bar is not only a late night entertainment place but is
also a wonderful place to relax if you want company of quietness and drink after
hard work as not much people visit Giraffe bar in early hours.
This bar also has pricing system. During Happy Hours that run from 5:00 pm
to 9:00pm from Monday to Friday and from 8:00pm to 11:00pm on Saturday, priced
240 pesos for as much beer (local brands) as you can drink or 50% discount off
all other drinks except beer. However outside Happy hours a single San Miguel
costs 120 Pesos and a glass of house wine around 220 Pesos.
