Nightlife in Essaouira

Essaouira is one of the most attractive towns of Morocco. The city exudes undeniable charm and lures tourists with its expansive sandy beaches, shuttered houses, art galleries, wood workshops, fishermen and colorful boats.

There's not much Western-style nightlife in Essaouira, as the city is a bit laidback and goes to sleep early. It is believed that Hendrix's great work "Castles Made of Sand" was written about Essaouira.
