Golf, a gentleman's sport, is said to have originated in the Netherlands, and
has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. The world's
oldest golf course is Scotland's Musselburgh Links where the game is being played
since 1672. Although frequently viewed as an upper-class activity, golf in Marrakech
is an increasingly popular sport across all sections of society, and there are

The three Golf Courses in Marrakech are public, and anyone can play the game
in these courses provided they have an evidence of a handicap.

Marrakech Royal Golf Club, at BP 634, Ancienne Route de Ouarzazate,
is 6,200 meters, and is an 18-hole par 72 course
Club de la Palmeraie Golf Palace, 6,214 meters, and an 18-hole par 72
course
Golf d'Amelkis, 6,657m, and an 18-hole par 72 course.
The three Golf Courses in Marrakech are acres of lush green fields set against
the mesmerizing backdrop of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, and afford great
