Islamic Art Museum at the Majorelle Garden, Marrakech is one of the favorite tourist destinations in the Moroccan city. The beautiful blue house in the middle of the Majorelle Gardens now houses the Museum of Islamic Art. Therefore, after you've been delightfully tranquil in the magnificent gardens you can teach yourself as well without even moving about the rich past of the Islamic art! There are the usual but attractive exhibits in the Islamic Art Museum at the Majorelle Garden. You will get mesmerized when having a glance at carpets, jewelry, pottery, paintings and so on. Many of these artifacts date back hundreds of years. It is not only the display that will fascinate you but also the house you will find stunning. Its bright blue and yellow color scheme and ornate windows distinguish it from any other Marrakech house. The museum and gardens are shut for lunch for a couple of hours (12-2). You cannot take any photographs inside the museum.
